How to Prepare for our Session
Thanks so much for agreeing to share space with me. I'm looking forward to connecting with you.
Things to do before our session:
1. Relax and reflect
Give yourself at least 10 -20 minutes prior to the session to quietly reflect. Listen to how your body is feeling. Be mindful of any thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations you are experiencing. Please also think about the intentions you want to set for your session.
Drink up! Energy work will have the intention to move that which is no longer serving you out of your body and water is the conductor for this energy flow. You may want to eat something light a few hours before the session as well - you will want to stay focused during our session and not distracted from hunger.
3. Relax and chill
We want this session to be comfortable, so either position yourself to sit or lie down comfortably. Have water and a blanket close. If lying down on your back, you may want to place a pillow under your knees. If at any time you need something during the session, please let me know.
